Sonya, the project leader, has passed the quilt top to me for finishing. She gathered stitched squares from all over the world and sewed them together before mailing it to me. You can read about all the blocks on her blog starting with the first one she received here. I'll need to straighten the edges a bit before adding a border, batting and backing. I'll free motion quilt it to keep the Artsy feel. If all goes well it will be shipped back to Sonya by the end of next week. I have a feeling KellyRae's baby will arrive before the quilt is finished. But that's okay.
....I'll be in my sewing room for the next few days.
